Before you can begin writing the text of your message, you need to create a
message. You can do this by starting a message from scratch, replying to
an existing message, or forwarding an existing message. Messages can be
sent to other people or to bulletin boards as a post or to a mail group
(or to any combination of those at the same time). Here are the commands
for starting messages:
See HELP +mail to start a message from scratch.
See HELP +reply to reply to an existing message.
See HELP +forward to forward an existing message.
Once you've used one of the above commands to start your message, see HELP
mail writing for how to write the text of the message.
